Yes; apparently, Apple kept the same connectors and pin configs on IIGS
and Mac (models after IIGS)...

The reason that Mac monitors won't work on a IIGS (without major mods
by a TV/monitor person that costs $$$) is the difference in scan from the
15khz required by the IIGS.
