My goodness. Here's what I do:

 Boot the GS into ProDOS (hold down the 8 during bootup-takes just
seconds).
 Put DOS 3.3 disk in 5.25 drive.
 Type PR#6

When done, I just type PR#7 (my GSOS boot drive).
