Yes, get Hyper_Card_ IIGS.  HyperCard is available from Apple.  Nate's
FAQ has the URL.  Then you will need Brian G's "Animate" XCMD to play
the Video.  HyperCard can be used to synchronize this with the audio.

Get HyperCard IIGS.  I had previously provided the URL to Brian G's
XCMD and I can't remember it at this moment.  Look on DejaNews for
it (search under Author: pubpc1@library.ucla.edu).

HyperCard IIGS with Brian G's XCMD (both free) can control PW
animations.  It can control play speed also and can synchronize
with an audio track (either MIDIsynth or rSound; my Su-27 movie
used MIDIsynth).
