Did it quit during boot? There is a 8.1 bug that Apple is desperatly ftying to
fix by ut not announcing. On some Tanzania motherboard systems with some screen
size and depth settings, there is a total crash during boot. Probably offscreen
GWorld space allocated on top of the stack or soemtihng.
