It turns out that you are talking about a _Mac_ "Apple Classic II",
not a classic Apple II computer. So, you can forget about early 80's
Apple II interface cards.
If your Mac has a 25-pin parallel printer port (like a PC port),
all you may need is a standard Centronics cable.
Otherwise, you can check the printer to see if it has an
alternative serial I/O socket and connect to your Mac's serial port.
Perhaps a resident Mac user will have some suggestions. You could,
also, check a Mac newsgroup.
