Help me ID old Apple II game

Hi, all. I'm remembering this game that a friend of mine had, but I can't
recall the name. Please see if it sounds familiar.

I remember it had a map of America (I think), and you took trains to different
cities. When you arrived at the cities, there were people walking around. But
there was this widespread "infection" where the people would turn into
"fuzzies," like electrical sparks walking around. I think it was spread by
touch. There were crystals lying around that you could pick up, and use to
cure the infection. You had to avoid becoming infected yourself. The ultimate
goal was to get enough crystals and find the city contaning the big bad dude
that was the source of the infection.

Anyway, sound familiar? I'm hoping it's at the Asimov site.
