You're most likely going to need to also have ProDOS's
Basic.System, as well as a few mac utilities to keep MacOS's grubby
hands *off* the file. [Tip: try an OS which doesn't mangle files just
because it can-- there should be user intervention before corrupting
stuff.] I invite you to read the official csa2 Frequently Asked

section 5, as it covers how to download and unpack Binscii in far more
detail, plus info on common traps and problems you might run into if
you fail to follow all the rules for downloading.
