The CDEV is available in the c.s.a2 gmail account.  Look for Steven's
entry for netatalk extras.  I'll apply the patch (from Geoff) tonight
to the netboot boot blocks and come up with a new troika-3.tar.gz for
use as the boot blocks in netatalk.
