     The TMS44400 (TI) or MCM44400 (Motorola) are 20/26-pin 1MBx4 DRAMs.
(There are 20 pins on a package with space for 26 pins.)  They are
available at your local Wyle and, probably, at your local Hamilton
Hallmark and Insight. Price is around $5 each.
