Appel II CD Setup disk (CD Remote)

Hi there,

I have collected lots of hard- and software to get a complete Apple II
product line. So I have the first CD-ROM of Apple: the single speed CD-SC ,
and the owner guide (030-5614A) which comes with that. In that manual, on
page 56 and further it is explained how to use it on an Apple //e to play
audio CD's. For that, you need the disk labeled Apple II CD Setup, which
contains the CD -remote program (Prodos 8). (and of course a SCSI
interface).

Does any body have this program? From that we can work further to have an
Apple //e read CD-ROMS.
just .SHK the disk or programs and mail me what you need in return.
