Well Nathan, I agree with you that programmers are needed and I
agree with you than complaining hurts development, but you missed
the reason for my question.
I was trying to determine how similar A2 GEOS is to C128 GEOS.
If A2 GEOS is, in reality, very similar to C128 GEOS in terms of
programming, then such an upgrade for the A2 version should easily
be possible in theory.
I'm not a programmer, so I can't get "starting to work on" this type
of project, but a diehard Commodore programmer (Todd Elliott) did
contact me in response to this question and verified that A2 GEOS
was indeed very similar to Commodore 128 GEOS from a programmers
point of view.
If we all act a little more upbeat about new ideas, there is a good
chance that these Commodore users and diehard programmers can
become A2 users and contribute their skills to A2 software.
