   Applications must implement this themselves if they want to provide
this feature. Appleworks Classic uses Openapple-H to do that; consult
the manual for other apps to see if they do that. Some parallel
printer cards also give you this feature, but as an Imagewriter II is
serial, that's not applicable here.
