This version doesn't drop you into the monitor anymore. A bug in the
monitor has been fixed (that set the environment register to F8 when it
should have been FC), and it now asks you to insert an Apple ][ disk and
press a key. I have only tested it on MESS.
Keep in mind that the boot disk IS an Apple ][ disk; it contains ProDOS
1.0.1 and EHBASIC 0.8.7 with a 48/64 autoselector. If you just press a key
when the prompt comes up it will load a 48K version of EHBASIC.
Possible changes for 0.5 include removing the requirement for SOS, and the
possibility of a hybrid *Emu/DOS 3.3 boot disk.
