Su-27 movie and demo stack to be released

I've finished converting a Quicktime movie of a Sukhoi
Su-27 fighter jet taking off, complete with sound. The
problem is that the clip, originally 1.3MB on the PC,
has turned into a 3.5MB file on the GS! I'm going to
have to do some editing before incorporating it into
"The Su-27 Story," a stack about the awesome top of the
line jet from Russia. The stack is still being worked
on, but the movie is so cool that I am going to release
it along with a demo stack.

You will need at least 5MB to just see the movie. In
order to run the HyperCard IIGS demo stack, which
contains the synchronized sound track (jet screaming
down the runway; afterburners), you'll need more. 8MB
users now have something to use on their GS. :)
A version for users with less memory may be released in
the future if there is interest.

This is the first time, to my knowledge, full screen
full motion video with a sound track, QuickTime style,
has been attempted on a GS computer (the tiny "mini
movie" clips don't count). If you don't have enough
memory to play the sounds and the movie together, you
can look at each one separately. The sounds are in
synthLAB format. Just a couple of days to go before
it all goes onto Ground and Caltech.

Comments are welcome.
