   Shrinkit 3.4 on the modem disk can format disks, and there's
probably enough other utilities on the disk to do more than enough.  I
never found the utilities on the ProDOS 8 disks to be worth bothering
with with the many other utility programs were faster and
better. Plus, with a modem disk, you can get the official system disks
with the utilities, but not the reverse.
