The accelerator will take searching.  It is only available used and there is
a demand for them.  For memory and hard disk, Alltech has them.
See www.allelec.com.  If you are willing to spend the money, it looks
from the prices there that you can have 4MB and a hard disk for less
than $100.  The memory card they sell takes 386 style SIMM.

If you have a freenet, you can.  Compuserve, Genie, and Delphi will
serve Apple II connections too.

It would not be hard at all, just swap the motherboards.  The ROM03
less noise on the audio.  I used to think it was just the ROM 1's power
supply, but the noise is still there after you towerize.  The battery on
the ROM 3 is not soldered.  You can replace it with Mac batteries.
