Correction: I used to have one of these installed. I removed it
since it no longer seemed to make a difference whether it was there
or not (if anything, it might have caused more problems seeing that
it draws its power from the GS's internal supply). I left the heat
sink in place though, it is only the fan that I removed.

No where special, it was simply a Pentium CPU fan. They come
attached to heat sinks, so the only modification I had to do was
splice the wires and attach a 2-pin molex so it could connect up
to the "Fan" pins on the motherboard.
I have a whole bag of different heat sinks and fans, most of
them can fit loosely in place using the Zip's oscillator and CPU
socket for support (with them perfectly resting over the ASIC,
leaving no gap between it and the metal sink). They're a pretty
common item actually. You just have to make sure it is securely
in place and _not_ making any contact with pins on the Zip (you
don't want to accidentally cause a short!). They don't cover the
entire surface of the ASIC, but enough to absorb most of the heat.
