That was how accelerators were designed for the old 68 series Macs
and it is how they should be designed.

If the GS community quite complaining and put on a more positive face,
such hardware development is still possible.  While we sat here and
complained about everything, fanatical Commodore 64 and 128 users
got not one but two models of non-caching accelerators that run at
20mhz.  Nathan Mates is right, they vote with their pocketbooks.  I'm
not advocating those who don't need or can't afford such hardware
go out and buy them.  I am just saying we should stop complaining.
Even if I am not going to buy a piece of hardware, I would still be glad
it was available and being made.  Do we still have enough spirit to
band together like we did when ground was bought?

Even Apple III users have more spirit than us.  They got a new OS
(BOS) and a driver for SCSI developed through their own support.
