Elementary education software needed

Greetings-
        My wife teaches 3rd grade for a small Catholic grade school.
She has six Apple IIc & IIe machines in her classroom.  The software has
gone through a series of previous owners and is in a state of general
disarray and disrepair.

        She would like to get to the point of having six copies of each
software package she intends to use.  Much of the original media is no
longer serviceable, and we only have 1 - 3 working sets.  This weekend I
attempted to use the Apple System Utilities versions 2.1 & 3.1 to
duplicate the disks.  I was not successfully, most times I received an
I/O error stated that the disk could not be read from or written to.
With the exception of the MECC programs (like Oregon Trail), I don't
believe these software titles are in production or that the companies
even exist.

        Is there a resource to get second-hand copies of educational
software or a utility which can duplicate these disks (strictly for use
in her classroom)?  I do not regularly subscribe to this newsgroup,
