Oh yeah, I forgot to add one thing:  I have put a 40 MHz crystal
oscillator in the socket (for the speed of 10 MHz), and it will not even
function at 10 MHz.  Would this be an indication that I *DO* need new
GALs or is this probably just the slow SRAMs on the piggyback card?
