You need ROM v1.8 to upgrade to 32k Cache memory.  You need > 1.5 to 
upgrade MHz and have the speed control test on the card work.

I have v1.5 and the speed control test does not work.  My Transwarp is 
running at 12.5 MHz.  It says:

Speed Control...........**  failed   **  3

Also, when you boot up, the sound is played too fast, and the whoosh sound 
does not synchronize with the Graphics.

Does the ROM upgrade fix the startup graphics and sound?
