     As Gus indicated, a Mac newsgroup should be able help.

     Regarding OS 7.5 stuff. Have you checked Apple's web site? The
refernce below gets you to a place where two or three versions seem to
be available for download. (Of course, you would have to download using
some other Mac or use a PC and transfer the files.)  Maybe, one of the
versions or "updates" will include the TCP you need.

     You may, already, be knee-deep in directions for installing and
