Other system CDEVs?

Question...

Did any third-parties make Control Panel devices that affected the way
a system worked?  By this, I mean something along the lines of the ones
Apple provided (General, Modem, RAM, Printer, etc.) that tweaked things
that Apple didn't give us options on like system font, icon spacing...

Only CDEV I can think of which is applicable is Graffiti, which pastes
a new backdrop onto the blue as opposed to changing the color from
default blue (grrr).  What others exist, where to find?

[And yes, I have a couple system font changers but they're DA's.]
