You can find TTConverter on any Mac software archive site--no need to 
go rummaging around in Tom Turley's bloated pile of nonsense.  Now, if
you are looking for a GS program that converts the font (ie, you don't
have a Mac) it probably depends on how long you want to wait.  Several
posts to this group have suggested that there is a GS program around 
the corner that will handle conversions from Windows TT to GS TT 
formats.
