Music Composer 4.0 (the commerical version) will allow you to
import MIDIsynth/synthLAB songs and display the actual sequence
in musical note form. I would assume it supports printing of sheet
music, similar to how Music Construction Set GS does it.
Another option is to convert the sequence into MIDI format,
using the shareware version of Music Composer--then loading it
into MusicWriter 2.0. Unfortunately, the MIDI import function
seems non-functional. I just tried it a moment ago and it sat
there for over 15 minutes trying to import, before I finally
gave up. That is kind of mute since it's a commercial program
that is no longer available anymore. I think the first option
is probably your best bet, you can find out more about MC 4.0
