RamPak Orange Micro

Does anyone know about about a 4 meg Orange Micro RamPak GS board ?
Specifically, any reason it should not work on a Rom3 system?
 
The required chips are "256k X 4 one megabit 150 nanosecond or faster
CAS before RAS DRAMS"; I have an unpopulated board and was hoping for
some info before I order chips from Alltech --- unless someone knows
of a cheaper source for the chips?
