Correct.  I've seen this device before: the numeric keypad
will not work on the Apple II, but the trackball will.  It
will work on an Apple IIe with an AppleMouse II interface
or an Apple IIc or IIc Plus, that is.  It will also work
on a ROM 01 IIGS in 8-bit emulation and in 16-bit native
GS/OS _if_ you have an AppleMouse II interface in slot 4
with the internal ADB mouse disabled.  On a ROM 03, this
thing will only work in P8, not GS/OS.
