This place has tons of Apple II software and the guy is in
contact with their publishers.  Just look at this gem:

Springboard Publisher!  The guy has a supply of this software
from their respective companies.  Check it out!  Tons of
other Apple II software.  The publishers of these may want to
release them as shareware of freeware.
