38k4 terminal emulator for IIgs?

Hi all,
does anybody know of a program that will do a (dumb) terminal
emulation on the IIgs at 38k4?
I have a PowerMac and the Open Firmware in my 7200 van only talk to
the serial ports, not the console. Trouble is that the terminal
programs I have for my IIgs will not go higher than 9k6 or 19k2
and OF insists on using 38k4...
