It supports up to at least 75 Hz. This is what the FaceLift CDEV
shows. I don't know if it supports anything higher.

In the sense that the rate is automatically adjusted when the video
mode is changed, yes. There is no utility program for adjusting
the refresh rate. In fact, there is no utility program supplied or
necessary. Programs set the video mode they want to use and the
refresh is set by the card.
