With some difficulty.  As Nathan said, the Mac cannot provide shared
access to a volume which it is accessing over a network.

I'm not very familiar with the Mac support for Netware.  We have a small
Netware 3.12 server at work which I'm partially responsible for, but
I've never installed AppleShare support because it doesn't have enough
RAM or disk space.
