IIgs problems

Hi all,
having just dug out the good old IIgsve a little
bootstrap problem.
Frist: I have my powermac connected to my IIgs via a serial cable.
I hoped I could jst build a launch disk for the IIgs and have a
real system folder on the PowerMac. Unfortenately when booting the (6.0)
netwirk boot disk and trying to logon to the server it complains that
the server is not properly setup, and that I must contact my system
administrator (that's myself). I don't know how to solve this, any hints
are appriciated.
Second: I can't find (I don't know if I still have it) Shrinkit. Could
somebody please point me to a (binhexed) copy of it.
