Help on Apple ][ europlus COLOR video out!!!!

Does anyone knows how to get COLOR video out of the composite video out
plug on the back of the Apple ][ europlus???
I only got monochrome video out!!!

Do I need:
- a PAL  RF modulator???
- to get  a color signal out of the Apple bus???
- additional circuitry???

Any help will be appreciated, thanks in advance!
