.. just my $0.02: no need to delete the characters with the armor
parts. just drop the armor parts somewhere in the dungeon.

BTW: I am desperately looking for _virgin_ W_I and W_II scenarios
(images of _unplayed_ original scenarios)
The originals I own have been played ("playtested" in the store) on the
scenario master and at least down to level 4 all once only flags have
been cleared (or set) and I have not been able to identify all "once
only"-s ("once onlies"?)
