Name this old game!

Sorry if this is the wrong ng, but my news server doesn't carry any game
groups:

Does anyone know the name of an old Apple II game with segmented insects
moving thru a maze? If your insect was longer than another insect you
could eat it head on, and gain a segment. If your insect was shorter,
then you had to eat it from behind, a segment at a time. If you reversed
directions and ran over your own tail, you ate your own tail segment and
made yourself shorter.

All my old Apple II stuff was mothballed years ago, and is sitting
somewhere in my parents' garage, so I'm not likely to find the original.
