    Our II+ has the Auto-Start ROM, "apple II plus" logo, etc.; but, it
did not come with any CTRL-RESET option. Eventually, we added some
hardware to permit doing a POKE to turn ON CTRL-RESET because some
players would 'inadvertently' hit RESET during rated games of Santa
Paravia.
