Still can't get this to work:

I am running:

IIgs ROM 01
1 Meg Apple RAM Card
AE Z80+ in Slot 4 (mouse disabled)
CP/AM v5.1

I have set the system speed to "Normal" (1 mHz).

I boot CP/AM. It loads.

I type "MEGDRIVE".

It tells me: "MegDrive is installed as disk C: / Available storage
space is 54k"

This happens consistently, regardless of whether I set a RAMDisk in
the IIgs Control Panel or not.

Is there anything that I can do to make CP/AM set up a MegDrive with
more than 54k?

Can anyone remind me how the IIGS presents memory above 64k to
environments running in 6502 mode? I thought it looked like AUX memory,
but now I'm wondering if that's correct.

Just been too long since I've thought about this.

I'll be interested in the answer, too.

I thought it presented only one 64K "AUX" bank, like a IIc or
a //e with a 64K AUXMEM card. That would explain the 54K
RAM disk.

It would have been nice to present all available memory as a
bank-switched AUXMEM card, but that wasn't an Apple standard.
