Need AE Transwarp II documentation!

I am in need of the documentation pertaining to the Applied Engineering
TransWarp II.  I owned a TransWarp in the past, and I know there are 
certain measures and keypresses that vary the speed per slot and overall
clock speed.

What I recall:

A block of dipswitches controls the acceleration per slot
If installed in slot 3, it won't accelerate an 80-column card 
 equipped with 1MB of RAM.
CTRL-OA-ESC drops the system to 1Mhz (at boot).
