Need cable pinout for duodisk cable

I just acquired an Apple IIe in what appears to be fully-working condition,
including a monochrome monitor and a duodisk, but there was no cable with
the disk drive, so I'm unable to test it yet.

The back of the duodisk has a DB-25 female connector, but the I/O card in
the CPU has a DB-19 female connector. On advice I now know to be wrong I had
a DB-19 to DB-19 cable made for me, so I need to know the pin mapping so
that I can get the cable modified so that it will work.

Where can I find the specs?
