Z-80 card

I have recently purchased a box of Apple ][ cards, and one of them
appears to be a z-80 card.
Can any one direct me to, or provide some info on how to use this card?
Perhaps a way to see if it is working.
Which slot should it go in?
What would be some cool uses for it?
Any help would be appreciated.
