So do I...my wife works at an eloementary school and brought me in to fix 
some probs and been doin it ever since!  I'm known as the 10min man, I 
get it fixed in 10min or less.  Most probs are student related, folders 
moved, stuff erased and probs like that.  All I do is think like a kid 
and I know what happened :).  That and change the batteries in the Macs.
