NEW apple // user just got his machines.....help!

Hello.....

    I'm a little new to the Apple // scene, so forgive my naiveity. I raided
the local Goodwill and got an Apple //e, and got an Apple //gs sans monitor and
keyboard from a business acquaintance. Here's the deal: could you please tell
me what I have?

      Apple //e
          has memory expansion, 64K on top of base by chip count (128K total).
          has an odd little board called a "mockingboard" with 2 phono out.
          has a "super serial" card.
          came with 25 issues of "softdisk" magazine disks, numbered 
                 from issues #41-50 and #64-79
          standard Apple composite mono tiltable monitor
          Apple Imagewriter <?> dot matrix printer
          is NOT an enhanced //e  (displays "Apple ][ on bootup)

     Apple //GS
          needs an ADB keyboard....any ideas?
          has approx. 1.25M ram from chip counts
          has an "echo II" card and speaker (what IS this thing?)
          has a 5 1/4" and a 3 1/2" drive (the 3 1/2" drive may be from 
                  a mac 512K, but works with this machine)
          has NO DISKS. I need a supplier.

If anyone has information on what these machines are and what they can do, your
imnput would be greatly appreciated. On the other hand, if YOU would like more
information about these machines, perhaps for identification, just post or
email and I'll go look and get that info to you ASAP. Thanks in advance.
