I'd advise everybody (especially Nathan Mates) to remember this and remeber it
good! What I did and admitted to in public - from 1989 thru 1992 have no
relation to what I'm doing now.  

In other words having made a public post that I did pirate software and sell it
to support my crack habit from 1989 thru 1992 has absolutely no relationship to
your claims, slander and libel posted about me now during the year 0f 1997.  Is
that perfectly clear to all of your dense minds?  

You are all claiming that I currently pirate software and use crack - both are
FALSE CLAIMS that are very much defirmation of character, libel and slander -
there's no question of that.  When you have to prove your comments within your
public posts - concerning my current nature, activities and such - in front of
a judge and jury in a civil court trial you will not be able to present such
proof to back up your current posted comments, claims and statements and you'll
lose big time- I'll win big time...simple as that - enough said - how much
clearer can it be stated?

The burdon of proof is on you to prove your current comments where you claim ->
I still pirate software and have a crack addiction, etc. - on the dates you
make such claims and statements in all of your public posts.  I don't now do
what you claim I now do - you can't prove it in a court of law -- so again
clearly -  that's that.  

See you all in court with audio and video of it all - to show the world after
all the trials are over with.  If anybody leaves for anywhere it should be
Nathan Mates - if he has any shread of logic, sanity and self-preservation, he
should go back to one of those other countries he lived in - ASAP.  

If he stays here in California when the civil trial starts against him, he
won't even have a little red wagon to push to work, when my attorny is done
with him.
