   Drop by the csa2 FAQ at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html 
and read section 5.*. :) That's Srhinkit with a Binary-II wrapper. Do
NOT use any binscii decoder on it; that'll most likely fail, as it
should. Use GSHK or Shirinkit 3.4 on it.
