Yup, unfortunately nobody has taken on the task to really optimize
XGS-win32, like they have for XGS-DOS. I have found though, that the
win32 version running on a p-II 300 is fast enought to actually compete
with my real-life 14.33MHz GS.

BTTR is still the best emulator of anything I've ever seen, period. On
top of programming skill, Henrik and company have a way with interface
design. I've begged on several occasion for him to write a win32 version,
but he just laughs in my face. hehe :)

Agreed. Emulators are darn cool, but the real thing is untouchable.
