Heirarchic Control Panel?

	I have heard that there's a version of the Heirarchic init that is
in the form of a control panel (latest or last version?).  If so, I was
wondering where I could find it (I checked the usual ftp sites and
couldn't find any indication it was there).  Thanks for any info!
