DiscQuest

Does anyone know if the DiscQuest project was ever completed?  It was
supposed to be an interface package for the Apple IIGS that gave you
engines and GUI's for Compton's Multimedia Encyclopedia, The Family
Doctor, and several other multimedia CD-ROM titles, as well as provide a
IIGS interface for DiscPassage discs.

Any info, as always, appreciated.
