Weirdest A2 card Ive seen....

I'm hoping someone will have some idea on what this peripheral card
is.

The only label on it is:

TOPSCREEN 47708-000 REV. A at the top edge of the card.

It has 5 dip switches on the main board. 

It has a ribbon cable extending from one end.

Part of the ribbon cable goes to a female DB 25. The other part of
the cable goes to a small daughterboard.

The daughterboard has 2 RCA jacks on it and a socket that looks the
same type as network cards that take ethernet RJ45 twisted pair.

Running from this daughterboard is another small ribbon cable (3
wires) running to a 16 pin plug (male), same type as the old ][/][+
joystick port.

Anyone have any ideas what this is???
