HELP: Formatting drive

I'm trying to replace my current 80mb drive with an IBM SCSI drive (364mb)
and am having problems.

First, I have a RamFast with 3.01e ROM.

ID is set to 6
Termination is set ON (on the drive)

When I go into the SCSI/Utilities, and try to format, sometimes I get an
MLI error, sometimes it formats.  Setting the partitions works, but when 
I return to the main RF menu, the partition names are not there.

Any help?
