Re: MONITOR IIC: Image slightly tilted; How to fix?

DON'T TOUCH THE MAGNETS. First try to rotate the whole deflection yoke.
You only need to rotate the small magnets if a single edge of the
picture is distorted.
The deflection yoke itself is not very dangerous. You can rotate it
while watching the picture on the crt. However, if you are not familiar
with higher voltage equipment, it will be the safest way to turn off the
monitor, rotate the yoke, turn on again, watch, and so on.
There are about 12 kilovolts on the red cable, which is running from the
black fbt to the crt side. On the connector at the end of the crt's neck
are voltages up to 800 V. The deflection yoke doesn't carry any high
voltages.

BTW: If the top and bottom borders of the image are straight and only
the sides are tilted, is is not a geometrical problem.
Try to adjust the 'H-PHASE' pot, it should be inside the case.
